Brush with Fashion: The New Body Shop Eco-friendly Makeup

In other news, the new Body Shop eco-friendly makeup collection made in collaboration with the London College of Fashion is out now!

The Brush With Fashion range includes built-in, animal-free brushes that are designed for speed, precision, and portability. Packed with fair-trade-certified ingredients and clad in artwork by fashion-illustration undergrad Katarina Voloder, the lineup of eye shadows, lip glosses, and blushes aren’t the blushing wallflowers of fall and winter. Eyes are daubed in chocolate, apricot, fawn, and pearlized white, pink and silver. Cheeks are streaked with hot pink, lips tinted glossy peach, and lashes swept and volumized in matte black.

If memory serves me right, the Eyeshadow palettes are Php 2,195, Tailored Cheek Tint is Php 895, Hi-Shine Lip Treatment is Php 395, Brush set is Php 2,195. I didn't get the price of the Illuminating Face Base (approx. HK $149).

I recently wrote about our key Valentine's Day makeup looks for (check it out now in case you haven't yet) and suggested doing a sultry makeup look like what Anna Saccone did.

Let's go break some hearts this V-day, shall we?

The palette on the right was used in creating her fierce eye makeup, so if you have it, great! But if you don't, I also suggested other more affordable makeup alternatives.

Do you like The Body Shop's new eco-friendly makeup?
Have you swatched any of these yet? :)
